yet another top 10...
10 - This absolutely fabulous weather! I'm actually getting used to the warmth...it's so nice! When I go into buildings with a/c...I get soo cold and I'm covered with goosebumps! Bring on the sun! 9 - Having a chance both last night and tonight to just stay home and relax. Had naps both evenings...watched The Talented Mr. Ripley last night, and Starsky & Hutch tonight - but good movies! I liked Ripley better though...got me hooked! I'm quite well rested now though, and I'm oh-so-excited about going back to the Mosquito Creek tomorrow night! yay! 8 - Krispy Kreme. OMG. Heaven on Earth...mmmmmm. My favourite is the caramel doughnut...sooo good. and 8 seconds in the microwave: no more, no less. Bliss! 7 - Working lots at Starbucks. While there are many other things I'd rather be doing, it's really awesome that I have lots of hours today (8.5 today alone!). I love the people I work with, and our customers (for the most part) rock. Who isn't happy when they're at Starbucks?? LOL! Back there tomorrow, Tuesday and Thursday...! 6 - Pink swords and coloured plastic toothpicks. Teehee! (see #3...hehe). 5 - Finally getting the photo of me and Kris (from GBS) from Michelle! Yay! We look so cute in it...awww....I *might* post it...I'll have to think about that one though ;) It's from when I met him the first time, in Seattle this past May. 4 - Seeing The Paperboys play outside, near the water, on Friday night. Such a gorgeous night, warm outside - and the best company :) 3 - Hanging out at the Park Royal White Spot Friday night. Hehe. I went with Amy, Katie, Michelle, Mindy, Laura and Michelle - quite the group! Yes, we're all crazy GBS people...but that's what makes it so fun!!! Can't wait to see the pics...heehee. 2 - Getting to briefly talk to Meg this morning when she called me to tell me the good news (see #1)! She called me at the most perfect moment too: right in the middle of my break at work! Wish we could've talked more...buuuut LONG DISTANCE! ACK! 1 - The birth of Diane & Jason's baby boy!!! Weighing in at 9lbs 4ozs and 9 days overdue, I have no doubt that Di is verrry happy to have her little lad with her now...:) Yay!!! Can't wait for pics! xo ck
