Last Friday, Aug 13, was quite the day! I went to Bowen Island with Kasha, my mom and some of her friends.

After Bowen Island, Kasha and I went back to her place so she could shower and I could wash my feet and face. We were so sweaty and dusty...YUCK! We grabbed a bite to eat for dinner at the Cactus Club.

Later that night, Kasha and I went to a party at the home of Kelsey, Sam and Thomas. It was crazy fun, LOL.

Me and Erin, hahaha...we looked so funny here. I can explain: there was a turtle at the party (a real one, lives in an aquarium), and this guy, Robb I believe, was chasing some of us girls with the turtle...Alison was so amused by Erin and my reactions that she got us to recreate them for the camera...I think Alison was laughing when she took the pic though...a tad blurry ;) lol.

That night I ended up crashing at Alison's house in Abbotsford (party was in Vancouver...she stopped at my place so I could get my toothbrush and pj's...frozen grapes too! LOL!)

That Saturday...yes, the same day I woke up in Alison's basement, I had a wedding to attend!

Zoe and Michael got married that day, and I got to help watch my cousins during the wedding (my aunt was the Maid of Honour and my uncle was the MC, so they had other things to worry about), and then I went back to their house with the boys during the reception, and stayed the night so I could watch them during the gift opening too. Aren't I just the best cousin ever? LOL. Or maybe best neice ever is the correct term ;) hehe.
