Sept.21/04 - written during my cmns 260 lecture...
So I realize that I haven't exactly been updating this thing for awhile now...It's mainly because I haven't had anything interesting to write about. I've been sick for the past two weeks - and I'm still sick. It SUCKS! I've taken oodles of pills and spent endless hours in bed sleeping. Oy. The highlights of this past life while have been... *meeting Katya for smoothies at Bread Garden. It was POURING outside and I got soaked...I mean SOAKED! *I've worked 6 times...that's it. Hard to call in sick a few times... *Went out for dinner with CA and AW. Then we went and saw Wimbledon - good movie! I really enjoyed seeing such a nice girlie movie, lol. Alison and I went to Starbucks afterwards for a 3 hour talk...they had to kick us out, lmao. *Katya and I went and saw Collateral...now THAT was an intense movie! After those brief activities, I began feeling sick again. Went to the doctor yesterday and got prescription #2. He also took a throat swab to be tested at the lab. The pharmacist @ London Drugs was cute though. Hehe. He even flirted a bit...can you imagine what he'd think of me when I was healthy and not in my work clothes?! ;) I'm at school right now and my nose is a freakin' faucet! Argh. 30 more minutes of this class...1 hour break...then another 2 hour lecture. *sigh* I'm hungry. Stomach growling. I can't wait for lunch... Oh yes! Tomorrow night I'm going out for dinner and then to see Jack Johnson sing @ the Plaza of Nations with Kasha. I'm so excited!! I don't care if I'm still sick - I'm GOING!!! Okay back to class... ck |
