Why is it that I always seem to write here when it's way past my bedtime? Good lord. Anyway, I got off work about an hour ago and had a mango when I got home. Mmm...mangoes!

Life has been pretty damn good lately.

Work: Same old, same old. Lots of hours, awesome co-workers and entertaining customers. I discovered a new favourite drink today! I'm in love with steamed milk lately, and I added caramel to mine today...omg...amazing! It's super sweet and goes down oh-so-smooth. Mmm...

School: I'm really liking my classes so far this semester. The workload is manageable so far, and I'm actually doing some of the reading (a shocker, I know!). I found out last week, that in one of my classes is this guy who has a mutual friend with me - the lovely Amy! How fun is that?! Thursdays will never be the same now, LOL. I feel old in my lower level courses. I love one of my professors. Another shares my name (lol). I've spent (and still need to spend) far too much money. You parents out there better be saving for tuition and textbooks now. Eeek.

What else is new? Oh riiight...The boy.

Yes, it's official: I'm currently taken. We've been dating for almost a month now, and things are fabulous. He does sweet things like...surprise picks me up at the skytrain on my way home from school...calls me "his girl"...comes through the drive thru while I'm at work, just to say hi...comes into the store with his friends and invites me to hang out with them on my breaks...and so much more. We go out for dinner, see movies, listen to music, go for drives, drink wine and all the other typical things. I like this boy. He feels like a keeper to me. Hehe.

Odds and Ends: I visited my friend Steph in Victoria last week. We saw TTP play there - that was fun, as always. Got some pics and a little video there - I'll share those soon enough. Last night, I met up with Amy, Katya, Katie and Craig at the Media Club for the Bluebird North Songwriting show - I was only able to make the end of it, but it was fantastic! I love it when musicians just get together and jam. Sigh.

Well, that's it for now. I need sleep.
